Ombre Berry Popsicles

Some  weeks ago I read about the competition of Emmi Yoqua. And  came up with the idea of making these Ombre Berry Popsicles! I sent them the recipe and was chosen as a finalist in their competition and hat the pleasure to shoot a video with Zoe Torinesi and a totally awesome team. The video is to big to upload at the moment. But until I got this problem fixed you can find a written recipe on here.

You'll need:

- 1 Emmi Yoqua nature (150g)
- 1 Emmi Yoqua rasperry (150g)
- 1dl cream
- 50g icing sugar or honey
- about 300g of fresh or frozen berries (e.g. rasperries)
- teaspoon of vanilla extract

Take 4 bowls and put in each of them half of a yoghurt and 0.25 dl of the cream. Mix the berries and strain them through a sieve. Put half of the mixed berries in a bowl with the rasperry yoghurt and stir. Distribute the remaining berries to the other three bowls that you get four different colors in the end. Add your sweetener and the vanilla extract to the bowls. Fill the darkest color in your popsicle mould. Put it in the freezer for a half an hour and add the next layer. Repeat until your popsicle mould is filled with the four different colors. Put them another twenty minutes in the freezer and then put a wooden stick in the middle. Let it freeze for 3-4 hours and enjoy these refreshing popsicles!
