Birchermüesli

Hi there! This is my very first post and I am pretty excited. I hope you'll enjoy this recipe and have some fun looking at my pictures. 



I'll start this blog with a very simple recipe. Birchermüesli! 


Birchermüesli:

  • 2 Apples (or one big one)
  • 1 teaspoon of grounded nuts
  • 1 tablespoon of oat flakes (soaked in 2 tablespoons of water)
  • lemon juice of a half lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of sugared condensed milk
Mix the condensed milk and the lemon juice with the oat flakes.Than grate the apples and add them to the the mixture. Finally add the nuts to the composition. And enjoy your freshly made Birchermüesli. You could also put it in the fridge and eat for breakfast.
